Job Description:

Applications are invited for the post of Quality Assurance Subject Expert for SQA’s PDA Trade Union Representation qualification and units (VG 603).

A Quality Assurance Subject Expert will support external verification and qualification approval activities under the conditions, timescales, and arrangements set by SQA.

The primary role is to support the approval and verification of qualifications in the subject area(s) concerned to ensure that standards are maintained. Applicants should have relevant knowledge of the subject to be verified and understanding of the sector.

One or two days a year may be required to carry out quality assurance activities, with full support from an experienced quality assurance expert. Fees and expenses are paid for work undertaken.
