Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong experience in Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to work with the Payroll Tech Testing team. The role involves implementing testing methods and processes for specific Payroll systems.

The Role:

The QA Engineer will collaborate with HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP teams to develop automated solutions supporting Payroll processes.

Other Duties:

• Adhere to SDLC methodologies for upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll and Time systems
• Provide technical guidance to Developers on secure coding standards in Java and other applications
• Support integrations across HR/Payroll/Time applications globally
• Work with internal partners to optimize testing processes and liaise with external HR IT/Payroll IT vendors
• Manage and advise Payroll IT teams during annual technical updates in ADP GV and Workday integrations

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience testing in Workday and/or ADP GV environments
• Understanding of Payroll processes and eTime applications
• Experience testing Payroll applications
• Basic knowledge of ADP GV or SAP payroll testing within HCM systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Dynamics, or Oracle HCM
