Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong experience in Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to work with the Payroll Tech Testing team on testing methods and processes for specific Payroll systems.

The Role:

The QA Engineer will collaborate with HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP teams to develop automated integrated solutions supporting Payroll processes.

Other Duties:

• Follow SDLC methodologies for upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll and Time systems
• Provide technical guidance to developers on secure coding standards in Java and other applications used in MS
• Support integrations among HR/Payroll/Time applications globally
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to implement and optimize testing processes
• Manage and advise Payroll IT teams during annual technical updates in ADP GV and Workday integrations

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience testing in Workday and/or ADP GV environments
• Understanding of Payroll processes and eTime applications
• Experience testing Payroll applications
• Basic knowledge of ADP GV or SAP payroll testing with respect to HCM systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Dynamics, or Oracle HCM
