Job description

Quality Assurance Operative

Location: Near Snetterton

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 4:00pm

Salary: GBP13.50 per hour

Type: Temp to Perm


We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Operative with machine minding experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing team for our client near Snetterton. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring product quality and safety in a food production environment.


Job Duties:
  1. Troubleshooting and monitoring the factory floor to prevent potential issues, taking action as needed
  2. Managing and tracking corrective actions, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
  3. Operating machinery and problem solving
  4. Performing hygiene audits, micro swabbing, and product sampling
  5. Completing quality checks of the output of stock
  6. Working towards production targets and able to work as part of a team to ensure they are achieved
  7. Verifying offline labels and addressing any discrepancies
  8. Completing formal GMP and Process Control documentation
  9. Conducting checks to ensure that production runs meet product specifications
  10. Working to hygiene levels to the required standards within their area & the site

Requirements:
  1. Experience in machine minding is essential
  2. Previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is preferred
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  4. Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Safety certification
