Quality Assurance Officer, Housing, South London

Pay rate £30.90 per hour

Contract role, Housing

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Housing Quality Assurance Officer in the South London area. You will need to have worked in a similar role within a Local Authority Housing Department.

We are looking for someone who has experience in quality assurance within a complaints handling or customer resolution function in the housing sector. The role involves conducting quality assurance checks, producing formal QA reports, and delivering complaints handling feedback. This role is based in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days hybrid working.
