Cumberland Council is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the delivery of high-quality Skills Bootcamps across Cumbria. In this key role, you’ll work closely with training providers to observe teaching, review Schemes of Work, and ensure compliance with Ofsted and Department for Education guidelines. You’ll also lead on developing robust quality assurance policies and provide expert guidance to support continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone with a teaching qualification, recent classroom experience, and a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements.
