Job description

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join us on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role to provide support to the College's highly successful Quality Assurance Team in the planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of all quality cycles, and across all types of College provision (Young People, Apprenticeships, Adult Provision, Higher Education, SEND/RARPA, and full cost/commercial).

This is an active role involving monitoring of the implementation of systems and processes. The position includes classroom/workplace activity and supporting staff through contribution to the Learning Walk process. Equally, the role is not restricted to curriculum; increasingly there is a requirement to support and challenge Business Support Areas, where there is a need to maximise their impact on delivery and the College's Strategic Ambitions.

We are looking for a MOS Specialist in Word/Excel, who has excellent interpersonal skills, and holds at least a Level 3 NVQ Administration (or equivalent).
