Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our well-established and rapidly growing client specializes in providing finance for businesses. Due to growth, they are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of deal processing, identifying systemic issues, and driving continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, risk management, and operational process improvement within asset finance or a similar industry.

As the first hire in this function, the Quality Assurance Officer will work closely with the Head of Operations to shape and develop the QA framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a hands-on role that requires analytical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
