The Sterling Choice is partnering with an established food manufacturing business to recruit a hands-on QA Manager. You will take ownership of quality across a busy operation, lead an established QA and laboratory team, and shape quality processes.

This role offers real influence, development opportunities, and the autonomy to drive improvements. We are looking for someone with strong QA in food manufacturing, HACCP expertise, lab/microbiology knowledge, and a proactive leadership style to

Competenze

• Experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing.
• HACCP knowledge and implementation experience.
• Laboratory processes and microbiology understanding.
