Your new role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead quality assurance activities across the organisation, conducting detailed case reviews and identifying trends to improve performance and consistency. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support other departments in developing QA frameworks. This is a high-profile role where your legal expertise and analytical skills will help shape regulatory outcomes and drive operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A legal qualification as a solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive (or equivalent), with entitlement to practise in England and Wales
  • Strong experience in complex case analysis within a legal or regulatory setting
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with peers and stakeholders
  • Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement is highly desirable
