Our well-known health and wellbeing client is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is looking to recruit their first Quality Assurance Manager. The role offers a salary of up to £50,000, with a flexible working arrangement of one day in the office and four days working from home. The contract duration is 6 months.
The Quality Assurance Manager will have ownership of end-to-end quality within a digital squad, ensuring all guidelines are followed throughout the process. The role involves maintaining low defect rates and ensuring high-quality execution.
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in quality assurance. A proactive approach to managing quality strategically is essential. Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with frequent changes is required. The ability to engage the squad in quality assurance activities and a good understanding of digital technologies are also important.
