If you want your next Quality Assurance Manager role to be somewhere that promotes internally, constantly works on improving standards, and where supermarkets don't "rule the roost," this job might be worth considering.
You should be experienced in managing QAs in the UK food manufacturing industry and able to stand up for Technical with other departments. This is a place where you can progress within the department, and the culture in the technical team is collaborative and supportive.
Although much of your time will be spent in the factory, you will be an integral part of the office technical team and involved in the journey of continuous improvement.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with 33 days of annual leave in total, and an enhanced pension scheme is available.
