Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring food safety, quality, legality and compliance.

You will shape quality standards, lead a high-performing QA team, drive a strong food safety culture, and oversee QMS, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, legality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer, retailer, certification, and third-party audits.
• Drive site-wide quality performance via root cause analysis and CI.
• Lead investigations into quality and food safety incidents with robust corrective actions.
• Analyse trends, reduce complaints, and improve product quality.
• Develop, coach, and mentor the QA team.
• Promote proactive food safety and quality culture across the business.
