A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality improvement within Living Well services in Hereford. This role involves developing and delivering a quality assurance strategy, managing the QA team, and preparing for CQC inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality monitoring and contract management, along with a passion for high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality monitoring on data platforms.
  • Knowledge of contract management and care provider market oversight.
  • Familiarity with co-production approaches.

  • Provide support in preparation for a pending CQC inspection.
  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring effective performance.
  • Co-ordinate and lead provider failure processes, with the support of the Head of Services.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality improvement within our Living Well services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering high standards of care and compliance.

Location: Hereford, Herefordshire
Contract: 6 months ongoing
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £385.00 per day (Umbrella) + Mileage
