Job summary

Platform Recruitment in Southampton is seeking a Quality Manager for an innovative electronics/automotive technology company. You will lead quality systems across hardware, software and firmware and work with engineering to embed robust processes from design through production.

You will drive audits, support certifications, maintain the Business Management System and related documentation, and prepare quality reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• ISO 9001 accreditation and strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Experience implementing and developing quality or business management systems.
• Proven experience leading internal and external QA audits.
• ISO 9001 internal auditor accreditation.
• Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's Quality Assurance systems alongside the engineering team
