As our QA & Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Working across the business, you'll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our ISO-certified systems while championing a culture of excellence and compliance.
This is a hybrid role, primarily based in London, with occasional travel to sites and company locations.
Develop, implement, and manage QHSE systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Conduct internal audits and site inspections to ensure operational compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee quality assurance across both products and management systems.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Deliver QHSE training and guidance to teams across the organization.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to integrate safety and quality into all business processes.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the business remains compliant with relevant industry standards.
Proven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks.
A strong background in quality assurance within the process or engineering sector.
Hands-on experience or good understanding of process safety management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
