About the Role:

As Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance and driving ongoing improvements. You’ll collaborate with key departments to maintain the highest quality standards across the business.

1. Manage and enhance the QMS to meet ISO 9001 standards.
2. Lead internal & external audits and ensure compliance.
3. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
4. Analyse quality performance data and drive improvements.
5. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
6. Experience with APQP, PPAP, Lean Six Sigma, or ERP systems (desirable).
