What you'll do as a Quality Assurance Manager:

• Ensure the Quality Management System complies with customer, regulatory, and third-party requirements.
• Develop and execute internal audits, analyze quality performance data, and support management reviews.
• Implement APQP/PPAP processes aligned with customer needs and AIAG guidelines.
• Oversee supplier assurance activities, external audits, and coordinate First Article Inspection Reports.
• Support product value stream teams with APQP documentation and assist the Head of Quality in achieving strategic goals.
• Lead investigations and improvement projects related to non-conformities and customer concerns.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned actions on Q-Pulse.

Experience required for the Quality Assurance Manager:

• 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role in aerospace
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R and SPC
• Writing of Company level Procedures and Working level Instructions
• Practical experience/knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R and capability studies
• Knowledge of AS9100 Standard
• Recognised Qualification in Engineering and/or Quality Assurance
• ISO9000/AS9100 Quality Systems
