Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: North West Division

Company Overview: PTSG is one of Europe's leading providers of specialist services to the construction and FM sectors. Established in 2007, it has grown to encompass five divisions offering services such as facade access, lightning protection, high-level services, fire solutions, and water treatment.

Role Overview:

PTSG is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their North West division. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, customer, and organizational standards through robust quality assurance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain quality management systems to meet and exceed statutory duties.
  2. Oversee internal and external audits related to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and lead the internal audit program.
  3. Design operational processes to ensure high service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop, monitor, and report on service delivery metrics.
  5. Manage contractor and supplier assessment programs.
  6. Support due diligence for new acquisitions by identifying quality gaps and devising action plans.
  7. Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as required.

Environment & Standards:

The services involve technical activities in the facilities and built environment, regulated by legislation and industry groups such as SAEMA, IRATA, and ATLAS. The company is certified to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

Role Details:

The role involves site visits, engagement with management teams, regional and occasional national travel, and nights away from home.

Person Profile:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Motivated, client-focused, and able to work independently, making decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in quality and compliance, preferably in a multi-site technical/engineering environment.
  • Experience with merging business management systems is desirable.
  • Diploma in Quality Management, IQA qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
