Norfolk County Council is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join the Independent Statutory Services, Assurance & Practice. The role is a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £45,268 to £49,818 per annum (Grade K, countywide).

You will undertake QA activity, analyze information and data at pace, and work forensic and tenaciously to ensure services to children are delivered to an excellent standard.

Formación

• Required: ability to undertake a range of QA activity, analyse information, intelligence and data at pace and work forensically to ensure services to children are delivered to an excellent standard.
• Knowledge of practice, social care & SEND legislation and a working knowledge of Ofsted & SEND Inspection Frameworks.
• Ability to travel across the county to undertake quality assurance duties, sometimes at short notice.

• Provide scrutiny, support and challenge to the workforce and use your knowledge to develop professionally.
