Job summary

A leading quality consultancy in Hertfordshire is seeking a Quality Advisor or Senior Quality Advisor to promote best practices in quality management and ensure compliance with quality plans. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, analyzing quality trends for improvement, and supporting project teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in a Quality role, a strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements, and membership of a professional body like CQI. An attractive salary package of £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality role or similar.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CQI) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Previous experience within a heavy civils environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote best practices in quality management aligned with organisational standards.
• Support site management for compliance with Quality Plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Encourage reporting of nonconformances and advise on close-out actions.
• Develop and implement quality campaigns in agreement with management.
