We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Quality Assurance Lead – Digital Platforms & Customer Experience to join our growing Digital Quality Assurance team (currently 10 QAs and expanding). Reporting to Technical Operations and Quality Assurance, you will shape and deliver our end-to-end QA strategy, safeguarding customer experience across our digital platforms. This role combines leadership, technical excellence and a proactive approach to risk management in a fast paced, innovation driven environment.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and evolving a risk based QA strategy across all digital products

  • Embedding quality gates, release standards and monitoring/observability tools

  • Driving automation at scale using modern frameworks and tools

  • Integrating data validation and verification into testing pipelines

  • Overseeing third party vendor quality governance

  • Managing, coaching and growing a high performing QA team

Are we the perfect match?

  • Proven QA leadership experience in a digital-first, agile environment

  • Strong test strategy, automation framework and QA architecture expertise

  • Experience embedding AI-driven and data-informed testing practices

  • Proficiency with tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Cucumber, Applitools, and GitLab CI

  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability and telemetry driven improvements

  • Ability to drive cross-platform (web and mobile) quality strategies

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in customer-facing, regulated or high-scale industries

  • Familiarity with Braze, content platforms or headless CMS

  • Exposure to accessibility testing and service design

  • Experience with vendor SLAs and external delivery governance

  • Understanding of advanced automation environments (e.g., mock servers)

  • Background in data-driven quality decision-making
