Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Leeds is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead / Architect to own automation strategy and build scalable testing frameworks within our growing software platform. This hands-on role focuses on Playwright and TypeScript, driving automation-first practices, embedding testing into the SDLC, and guiding CI/CD integration with a focus on AI-assisted testing to improve coverage and efficiency.

Location: Leeds — Hybrid (3 days onsite).

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience leading automation initiatives or influencing testing strategy.
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and drive technical improvements.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
• Background in complex SaaS or enterprise software environments.
