Gi Group (United Kingdom) seeks a Quality Assurance Lead for Kerry Coleraine on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead Food Safety and Quality standards on the floor, ensuring teams are engaged and high performing with a focus on problem solving and teamwork. Full paid training provided.

Responsibilities include audits, root-cause analyses, improving GMP and product standards, managing the Compliance Auditor and Laboratory team, and coordinating with customers and third parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance roles in food industry preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Auditing and corrective action experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and product standards.
• Manage and develop the Compliance Auditor and Laboratory team.
• Conduct audits and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Complete customer standards gap analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement using structured problem solving.
• Maintain GMP and product standards.
• Train and coach on quality standards.
• Manage audits and close out findings with customers/3rd parties.
• Support investigations and timely closure of non-conformances in Intelex.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Provide weekend cover for customer complaints when required.
• Oversee factory hygiene standards.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure compliance with company, customer, quality, safety, environmental and product standards.
