Overview

Essential Recruitment are looking for a reliable and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our client's team. This role offers an hourly rate of £13.26 and the opportunity to work in a professional manufacturing environment on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Reading technical drawings and work instructions to understand quality expectations
  • Approving or rejecting raw materials/products against quality standards and recording results
  • Selecting output samples and inspecting them using measurement tools, functionality tests, and specification comparisons
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, defects, and production metrics
  • Assisting with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations
  • Performing first article inspections and completing all associated documentation to meet customer requirements
  • Ensuring products meet customer expectations and company objectives
  • Reporting inspection findings and suggesting corrective actions
  • Monitoring proper use of equipment
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Inspector (manufacturing experience desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
Additional Info
  • Pay: £13.26 per hour
  • Shifts: 8am - 4:40pm whilst training / Once trained - Days nights afters rotating
