Key Responsibilities
  • To confirm the quality of parts and assemblies produced for and by Red Bull Advanced Technologies in support of the design/technical intent using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) methods.
  • Ensuring Quality procedures are understood and followed at every stage of the inspection phases.
  • Ensure that data is entered into the business system accurately and timely, including Parts Management System and Quality reporting system entries.
  • Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports and deliver accurate information to enable the best decision making.
  • Support any Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activity, inputting sustainable contributions and measures.
  • Work closely with Technical & Engineering teams to improve Quality part performance, reliability, and structural integrity.
  • Carry out weekly calibration and log entries of Quality equipment, including probes and laser scanners.
Key Competencies / Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Height Gauges, Shadow Graph, Hardness Testing & Form Tracer is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Metrology principles and measurement techniques/equipment including GD&T to apply robust inspection techniques.
  • Experience of CAD models including interrogating CAD Models, layer setting and Ref Sets is preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience within a Quality environment working to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience in the deployment and use of SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R and FMEA’s is beneficial.
