Job summary

Rubicon Consulting in Rugby is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer on a 7-month contract to drive the maturity of our BMS and QMS, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness for a December 2026 surveillance.

You will map and optimize core business processes in SAP Signavio to enable the rollout of our Portfolio Project Management system, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to bridge quality frameworks with operations and achieve ISO certification.

Job description

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer a 7-month contract, located in Rugby.

The primary objective of this role is to drive the maturity and integration of our Business Management System (BMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) framework. The successful candidate will lead the preparation and readiness strategy for our upcoming surveillance audit scheduled for December 2026, ensuring all documentation and operational practices are in full compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Beyond audit preparation, this role is critical in the digital transformation of our process architecture; the incumbent will be responsible for mapping and optimizing core business processes within SAP Signavio to facilitate the seamless implementation of our Portfolio Project Management (PPM) system.

In addition to system oversight, this position serves as a strategic bridge for the business line. The contractor will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate existing quality frameworks with operational workflows, ensuring a unified, ISO 9001-certified management system. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in process modelling, a strong background in ISO standards, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into structured workflows that drive both audit readiness and operational excellence
