Job summary

Harnham is seeking a QA Engineer to join a technology-focused organisation where quality is embedded in the development lifecycle. You will drive testing practices, improve product reliability, and collaborate across engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role involves designing and executing manual and automated test plans, contributing to test automation, and supporting CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as a QA Engineer or Software Test Engineer.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile software development environments.
• Experience working with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans

• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and quality assurance best practices
