Overview

We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our growing National Driver Training team based in Gloucester. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, comes with a competitive salary of £26,500 per year. Standard working hours are 07:30-16:30 or 08:30-17:30.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), in line with ISO standards and industry regulations.
  • Plan, schedule and support internal and external audits, document findings and ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements, maintaining risk and compliance registers.
  • Track, analyse and present quality performance metrics to management, identifying risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a central point of contact for quality, assurance and compliance, providing training, guidance and support to staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, compliance and continuous improvement across the business.
