As the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating PDT’s quality management, compliance, and assurance activities. This role ensures that business processes, systems, and services comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The position involves planning and facilitating audits, monitoring quality performance, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
