The Quality Assurance Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the wider team, ensuring that quality management systems are maintained, audits are coordinated effectively, and compliance standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance is prioritised at all times.
  • Provide administrative support for document updates and changes within the quality management system.
  • Coordinate internal audit schedules, agendas, and supporting documentation.
  • Collate departmental documents in preparation for audits and record findings.
  • Support cross-departmental reviews and updates for quality assessments.
  • Coordinate and compile information for management review materials.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as directed by the wider team.

About You

  • The immediate right to live and work in the UK.
  • High level of competency in MS Office applications and accurate database entry.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or compliance-focused administrative role is desirable but not essential.
