A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Controller in Stockport to inspect and evaluate processed stocks across various inbound streams. The role of the Quality Assurance Controller is to inspect and cosmetically evaluate all processed stock from B2B, CRP, KIOSK and C2B and any other inbound streams and to verify that testing data supplied for each device is correct. The Quality Assurance Controller will complete daily checks on all processed stock and record their findings across each shift, working with the shift management teams to ensure appropriate follow-up action as required.
Reports directly to the SQA on all quality and processing requirements
You will perform accurate grading assessments and provide quality feedback to meet the margin targets of the business. Other accountabilities include workflow management to ensure departmental procedures and business SLA's compliance.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

* Process and assessment of all inbound B2B, CRP, KIOSK and C2B workloads into the QA department
* KIOSK App quality assessment checks and data recording,
* Completion of QA tracker to log all work completed
* Must hit KPI's and maintain a high-quality standard.
* Must maintain high quality standards when handling inbound product to ensure as an individual and department we are striving to achieve our RFT standards and expectations outlined in the departments RFT concept
* Must be responsible and take ownership for all handled devices
* Responsibility data entry across departmental workbooks and Apps
* General housekeeping to ensure that high H&S standards are maintained.

Preferred:
* Familiarity with consumer electronics but passion and skills are more important in this job

The working hours are 7am-7pm 4 on 4 off.

£13.04 per hour
