A further education institution in Walsall is seeking a Quality Assurance Coach to enhance quality assurance and improvement across various educational provisions. The successful candidate will support staff development and contribute to strategic ambitions, ensuring high standards in pedagogy. We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coach to join us on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role to provide the necessary link between quality assurance and quality improvement, and will be involved in planning, analysis and development across all types of College provision (Young People, Apprenticeships, Adults, Higher Education, SEND/High Needs and full cost/commercial).
The post holder will be a highly effective practitioner, who is ready to use their skills and experience to support staff to develop and improve their pedagogy, knowledge and skills, linked to whole college priorities.
The role joins a small team of staff working together to support quality assurance, improvement and workforce development, not restricted to curriculum but also Business Support Areas, with an aim to maximise positive impact on delivery and the Colleges Strategic Ambitions.
