As Quality Assurance Auditor (Nights)you'll play a vital role in championing a collaborative food safety and quality culture within our QA and operations team.

Your Quest: You will be the point of contact during shift for all Quality issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the QA team to ensure effective management of food safety and quality.
• Ensure factory compliance to customer policies, external certification, and GMP standards.
• Incident management and drive continuous improvement through data-driven investigations.
• Handle customer interactions, audits, and complaints effectively and with professionalism.
• Drive right-first-time approaches to production and ensure effective performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

• Food Safety Level 3
• Experience in FMCG or similar environment
• HACCP Level 2qualification and experience in retailer quality systems.

Qualities We're Seeking:

Competitive Salary

Hours: Full-time, nights - Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
