Job Details:

  • Salary range: £54,684 - £74,487 per annum
  • Work location: Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, Westminster, SW1E 6QP
  • Hours per week: 36
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Closing date: 1 June 2025

The Role:

As Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager, you will contribute to Westminster's success by maintaining high standards in Housing Services, working with key partners to deliver excellent customer service, and leading staff development initiatives. Your responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance activities, developing performance reports, implementing training programs, and fostering continuous service improvement.

About You:

You should have proven experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills, knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in digital solutions.
