An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager with a successful housebuilder and developer. The role will oversee projects across the Kent region. With a recent turnover of over £150 million and a strong track record of successful operations in the UK, this position is crucial for the company's growth.

Reporting directly to the Group HSEQ Director, this role involves embedding a culture of compliance, performance excellence, and audit readiness across the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting monthly QA audits across all sites and business units, ensuring non-conformances are addressed promptly.
2. Liaising with certification bodies and maintaining external accreditations.
3. Leading internal audits across ISO standards (ISO 14001, 9001, 50001, 27001 & 45001).
4. Advising project teams on QA and compliance in construction, sustainability, training, transport, and health & safety.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven experience in QA or compliance management, preferably in construction or housebuilding.
2. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, with audit management experience.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Strong analytical, reporting, and IT skills, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
