Job Description:

XCM is looking for a QA Analyst on a 12-month contract.

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the testing of SQL database development and integrated CRM or Reporting Applications. This will be achieved through excellent facilitation of requirements within a team environment, leading to the successful completion of all designated projects, which will be specified, estimated, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and creating test scenarios for all projects
• Support the creation of automation test scripts
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and test logs
• Ensure Test Plans are fully documented and completed
• Liaise with Business Analysts and Development teams to define test scenarios and resolve issues
• Support UAT resources and system queries
• Collaborate with the Test Lead to define the test strategy
• Support ongoing database activities as needed
• Draft test closure plans for stakeholder sign-off
• Report testing status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
• Support XCM initiatives involving the testing team
