Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Data Analyst – Property Assets

Work: Hybrid

Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Data Analyst to help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of our property asset data. You’ll play a hands-on role in checking data quality, supporting system improvements, and helping maintain confidence in the information we use to manage buildings, spaces, and assets across our estate.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in data or systems roles who is looking to develop further within asset or property-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data quality checks on asset and location data (e.g., rooms, plant, equipment, registers).
  • Assist in developing and applying data validation rules and business logic to identify anomalies or gaps.
  • Support the cleansing, standardization, and enrichment of data sets used in CAFM or EAM systems.
  • Work with internal teams (maintenance, estates, compliance) to verify and correct records where required.
  • Help track and report on data quality issues, trends, and progress using tools such as Excel or alike.
  • Support data migration and integration work between spreadsheets, systems, or platforms.
  • Assist with documenting processes, data definitions, and quality standards.
  • Help ensure that asset-related data complies with internal policies and external regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a data, reporting, or systems role (approx. 1–3 years), ideally involving property, estates, or asset data.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (lookups, pivot tables, error checking, formatting) and basic data handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking and improving data.
  • Comfortable working with structured data (e.g., tables, forms, registers).
  • Effective communication skills – able to raise questions and clarify issues with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Exposure to asset management, property maintenance, or compliance environments.
  • Familiarity with EAM, CAFM, CMMS, or similar systems (e.g., Maximo, Planon, Archibus, Concept, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of Power BI, SQL, or data validation tools.
  • Awareness of property asset compliance (e.g., statutory maintenance, lifecycle tracking).

What We Offer:

  • An opportunity to develop your data and QA skills in a property/estates setting.
  • A supportive team environment with opportunities for learning and progression.
  • A role that directly contributes to building safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level asset systems and data improvement projects.

If you’re detail-focused, curious about how data supports physical spaces, and want to grow your data career in the built environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
