Quality Assurance Administrator - Weybridge

We have an exciting new role for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our client's office based in Weybridge. You will help conduct compliance checks and process all new business in accordance with company procedures. You will also provide high-quality administration and support services to HNW clients and Senior Partners of the business.

Job summary and Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all Partners and Client Experience Executives.
  • Assist with maintaining the company’s office record-keeping systems (both electronic and manual).
  • Conduct compliance checks and process all new business according to company procedures and within agreed timescales.
  • Respond to Client (CEE) queries regarding the new business and Provider correspondence to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain central spreadsheets to assist with Management Information provision when required.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Quality Assurance Executive on post-submission checks of business for Partnership Business Units, providing relevant feedback.
  • Ensure that data entered into the database is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with admin/MI Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager & Senior Quality Assurance Executive as needed.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to your role, skills, and experience.
  • Participate in relevant training, competence, and development initiatives.
  • Meet the Regulator’s Fit & Proper requirements continuously.
