About the role
We’re excited to be looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator (Assessment Delivery) to join our Quality Assurance team.
You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment processes of all NCFE and CACHE qualifications, both in-house and at our approved centres.
The Assessment Delivery team ensures external assessments are delivered in line with our policies and reliable results are issued to our learners, upholding high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll support the team by providing timely and effective administrative support across a range of activities. You'll also be supporting to ensure learners are not disadvantaged or inappropriately advantaged by external assessment processes and maintaining the integrity of those assessments.
