Salary: £33,000 per annum (some flexibility)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (5 days on-site)
We're working with a leading property developer on an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team in North Greenwich on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting quality inspections and snagging processes during a crucial handover phase.
Supporting QA Managers in logging and tracking snags using iAuditor and Salesforce
Carrying out daily site inspections and photo documentation
Managing and updating quality assurance records
Coordinating with site teams and contractors to resolve issues
Providing admin support to the wider QA and Aftercare teams
Preparing and distributing reports and ensuring document accuracy
Previous administrative experience, ideally within construction or housing
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Strong IT skills and quick to pick up systems (iAuditor/Salesforce experience a bonus)
Clear and confident communication style
Able to work efficiently in a busy, on-site environment (80% site, 20% office-based)
A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential
Work on a prestigious London development
