Responsibilities:

1. Lead investigations into production quality issues.
2. Ensure product output is not delayed due to quality concerns.
3. Continuously improve quality processes to enhance products and services.
4. Identify and implement solutions to reduce waste and recurring complaints.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings.
• Knowledge of key quality tools such as Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, SPC, capability studies, Pareto analysis, and auditing.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
