Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist investigations into quality concerns and customer complaints with root cause analysis.
• Participate in apprenticeship training to develop practical skills in quality and manufacturing processes.
• Support internal audits and gain understanding of ISO standards.
• Learn supplier quality processes and analysis of supplier performance.
