About the Role
The primary goal is to manage and coordinate student administration systems and processes to enhance the student-academic cycle of activities, and to develop data-driven solutions to improve programme delivery.
Responsible for delivering administrative support for taught programmes, engaging with students, academic Module Organisers, teaching teams, and Programme Directors within the Centre for Commercial Law Studies.
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent, with relevant experience in a higher education environment or the educational private sector. Experience in face-to-face customer interactions in a university or similar setting is essential. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing pressures, deadlines, and complex demands. Experience with timetable production in Higher Education is desirable.
The Centre for Commercial Law Studies is part of the School of Law within the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. It has a team of approximately 40 Professional Service staff supporting its teaching and research priorities.
