We have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley.

Key Tasks
  • Working collaboratively with all internal teams to drive improvements in external and internal complaints, implement CAPA, reducing the cost of quality and improving production outputs.
  • Actively seek out, plan and deliver quality improvement projects in all performance areas.
  • Carry out project work using quality and production data feeds.
  • Action investigations as they arise ensuring working to the 1/1/1 deadlines.
  • Monitor quality standards and processes using quality data and present quality matrices when required.
  • Work with the quality and production teams to create and maintain standards for manufactured products.
  • Ensuring compliance with BRCGS and ISO9001 International Standards.
  • To work collaboratively with the Quality Team and Production Teams to improve Quality performance through positive activity thereby decreasing complaint and internal quality issue frequency and reducing the cost of quality.
  • Support the internal auditing system and participate in third-party audits.
The successful candidate will need to have:
  • Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of BRCGS and ISO 9001.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong eye for detail, logical thinking, and assertive character.
  • Positive, “can do” attitude.
  • Good IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Experience in the flexible plastics packaging industry would be advantageous.
