A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking an innovative individual for a key role in the Quality and Patient Safety team. This position focuses on enhancing patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience. The successful candidate will be involved in incident management and analysis, ensuring quality governance while contributing to the Trust's outstanding services.
The Quality and Patient Safety Team is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual with experience across all areas of quality and safety, including incident management, investigation, thematic analysis, and risk management to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate and collaborative Quality and Patient Safety team committed to delivering safe and effective care to our patients.
Quality, encompassing patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience, is a key priority for the Trust.
The postholder will collaborate with the Emergency Medicine and Rehabilitation Services (EMRS) Division to deliver all aspects of the quality and safety agenda. A focus will be on sharing and embedding learning, as well as supporting the division with all aspects of PSIRF.
Applicants should demonstrate experience in developing and analyzing clinical quality data, with excellent analytical, interpretation, and communication skills. Knowledge of NHS governance and the quality and safety agenda is essential.
