Annually, we perform 10,000 procedures, deliver 7,500 babies, conduct 570,000 home/community visits, and provide emergency care to over 300,000 patients. We actively participate in partnerships such as the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS), the South East London Acute Provider Collaborative, and collaborations with mental health trusts and borough-based ICS boards.
This role is within the Clinical Engineering Department of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, based mainly at University Hospital Lewisham, with support at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and other sites. Flexibility to work across sites is required, including occasional support at community sites.
The department has recently expanded with an external contract in-house, and is undertaking improvements like implementing a formal Quality System and integrating inventory and job management across the Trust.

Hours are 37.5 per week (8-5, Monday to Friday).

The Quality & Information System Manager oversees the Clinical Engineering Department's ISO registration and compliance, manages databases, coordinates training, and handles documentation related to Quality Systems within the Trust.
Responsibilities include maintaining training records, organizing training programs, managing the department's database and Quality Management System (QMS), conducting audits, preparing performance reports, supporting quality improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
