Salary: £40,000 per annum

IBC Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced
Quality and Compliance Partner to lead the way in quality improvement, digital governance, and compliance assurance across our services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This strategic and operational role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple regions, supporting services through expert auditing, compliance guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate regular audits using CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) and risk-based frameworks, identifying gaps and embedding robust quality improvements.
- Provide expert governance and oversight of the organisation-wide digital audit and compliance platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistent usage across all services.
- Ensure high-quality and compliant safeguarding and incident reporting, meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements, and producing clear, accurate reports and action logs.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Services and senior operational leaders to drive a consistent approach to quality governance across the organisation.
- Participate in high-risk panels, offering expert insight and qualitative, person-centred solutions to promote safe and high-standard care outcomes.
- Represent IBC Healthcare at contract, commissioner and regulatory meetings, presenting updates on service performance and compliance status.
- Analyse key performance indicators, safeguarding trends, and incident patterns to inform organisational learning and continual improvement.
- Support new developments and reconfiguration projects, providing compliance input and transition oversight.
Personal Specification:- Proven experience in a senior quality/compliance role within Health and Social Care.
- In-depth working knowledge of:
- CQC regulatory framework
- The Care Act, MCA, Safeguarding Adults, and Health & Safety legislation
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing digital quality assurance platforms and audit tracking systems.
- Ability to review, monitor, and improve safeguarding and incident reporting systems to ensure legislative compliance and quality governance.
- Proven ability to develop tailored improvement plans and lead their implementation to successful outcomes.
- Experienced working in multi-site care organisations and influencing at senior levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- Flexible to travel across regions and attend meetings at the Leicester Head Office.
