A well-established and award-winning architectural practice is seeking to hire a Quality and Compliance Manager on a part-time basis. Based in their London studio, this role offers the chance to work within a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment, with flexibility built into the working culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on improving systems and processes, with a focus on quality, compliance, and sustainability. You’ll take the lead in refining and maintaining internal quality and environmental standards, while also supporting wider compliance and accreditation efforts across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, develop and maintain the quality and environmental management systems.
  • Conduct internal audits and checks to ensure continued compliance and improvement.
  • Help set and monitor performance targets for quality and sustainability.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant health & safety and environmental legislation.
  • Liaise with teams across UK and international studios, and support external audit processes.
