CV Screen Ltd is recruiting a Quality and Audit Coordinator for a well-established UK manufacturer of sustainable, energy‑efficient building products. Based in High Wycombe on a hybrid basis, the role sits in the Finance team and oversees audit, quality and certification across production.

You will build Excel trackers, manage the ISO 9001 schedule, support stock controls and financial processes, and follow up audit findings with production to closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance, audit, quality or compliance role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and coordinating internal and external audits, plus an understanding of stock and inventory controls.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP, SAP or Salesforce experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run internal audits, including stock counts and inventory reconciliations, and act as the main contact for external auditors and certification bodies.
• Manage the Quality Management System and ISO certification schedule, keeping procedures and evidence audit-ready.
• Build and maintain Excel trackers to analyse quality, stock and compliance data, producing clear reports for management.
• Support the Finance team with financial controls, stock valuation and process reviews.
• Follow up audit findings and corrective actions with production and operations teams through to closure.

CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Quality and Audit Coordinator on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturer of sustainable, energy-efficient building products, part of a larger group. Based in High Wycombe on a hybrid basis and paying up to £55,000, this finance-focused role sits within the Finance team and takes ownership of audit, quality and certification compliance across production, including stock and inventory controls.
